As a rank begineer I found most of the material to be a bit frightening. It is a rare book that can integrate our profound existential struggles, deep spiritual wisdom from a range of traditions, and a captivating invitation to find unlimited well-being in the natural world. Deacon seems to be the more shy here, he doesn't have grand ambition. This book is our new go-to nature guide. They all play well together like a synchronized film being acted out in some great scenic settings.
