This books is PERFECT.. Exercises let you apply your accumulated knowledge to each exercise. I am going to try this now actually and hope for good results!. I wanted to do the "old" points system from WW since i cannot seem to lose as well on the Points Plus system I was thrilled to find this book in great new condition. This is one book I did not want to end.
