While very basic, I have found this guide to be accurate and effective for me in identifying trees and wildflowers on my acreage and out in the woods.. A MUST READ!!!!! I would give it 10 star if I could. I enjoyed reading even with the usual British snobbery.. One would have to infer that.

In this book, Renewal In The Wilderness, John Lionberger makes the case for the spiritual connection and renewal that that is frequently found in wilderness and outdoor settings. Allegory. Personally, Merlin's Prophecy has been a great introduction into a genre and world I had previously not visited. My only complaint with the text is that it proposes solutions to problems or situations and then says that the teacher must decide what is best for the class.
