This book has a very nice consolidation of SNMP information from the relevant sources as well as detailed instructions on how to create your own MIB. In day-to-day practice, it is difficult not to get into a rut of doing the same thing that has become routine for the therapist with every patient, rather than considering other approaches learned but not applied during training.
I have not used this book with clients yet, so I'm not sure what the response will be. Does Ralph really have that much respect for Bob Dylan? Ralph II is on film stating that Ralph didn't know who Dylan was before he recorded with him. It's like she read my mind!. The book necessarily takes this form because the author is not describing a tour of duty, but a bunch of individual short-term missions. Gandhi's own deeply-felt, racist attitude towards South African blacks should have been subjected to more scrutiny. Along with Transients (1999), this work offers a great resource for those wishing to learn
