I was surprised to see this available on Amazon as they have had so many plans come out since then, but it's been a big help.. Having read the book from cover to cover I found it to be an excellent guide for anyone experiencing anxiety or panic disorder as well as those with OCD. I was expecting a book that offered some "you are not alone" insights along side "this can be a positive journey" advise. WARNING: This book does not provide cookie-cutter curricula, problem sets and answers. I'm wondering what the point is of being married to him is then. I have anxiety when I fly and drive so in have a feeling this is a major contributor. Worth it.. It was such a delightful surprise, but that is not the only thing I loved about this book. OMG! This is so great - and I haven't even started crocheting! Not just great patterns and ideas and projects - but detailed diagrams and specific "fixes" and troubleshooting when you get those weird ripples and cupping on your round projects.
