I learned two techniques from this book--how to join rounds with a needle and how to create a magic ring--and have used them a number of times. The entire book is wonderfully accessible and readable with humorous touches added like diagrams of both Hare and Tortoise and their advantages and disadvantages. The 21st century will depend on the ability of people to develop capacities and to soar with their strengths.
In the 21st century, leadership cannot be effective with people who are unbalanced either in character or capacity. This book is the proof.
