Mr. It affirms the good things a CEO might be doing now and offers great tips for how to possibly add a bit more cutting edge. I commend Krames for including exercises which actively engage the reader's mind. Some are likable, some are loathsome, and some are described so well that the reader will actually mourn their passing. His lectures are a joy and an injection of HOPE. It is a chapter book, even though it looks like a simple "storybook." We took about a week with it at an approximately 20 minute per day rate.
