Koster tells Hachi's story in lovely, simple language - perhaps due to the fact she has written books for children. Having been interested in the story of John Franklin and his doomed crew for a while now, I was ecstatic to find a copy of this story of the lost vessel for a reasonable price, and it arrived only slightly behind my copy of the story of the finding of the HMS Investigator. I own many pilates and yoga books and think that this offers a good resource for a person that wants to see positions detailed for a home practice combining the two disciplines. I learned nothing new about the ill-fated expedition. And you will also find the photos and models to be clear and serene, not grim at all.
